Bite your teeth together.
Stretch your lips outward like a "duck."
Place a tongue depressor between your lips and close them.
Hold the tongue depressor (popsicle stick) with your lips closed.
Keep your lips and chin relaxed (watch to make sure your child isn’t scrunching or overusing their chin muscles)
Hold for 10 seconds, and increase the time as your child is ready.
